On Friday, hundreds of people attended the Boat, Sports and Travel Show at the Lancaster Events Centre to see boats, SUVs, golf carts, and other outdoor gear.
Who all Participated?
The Department of Natural Resources will be actively participating in the Indianapolis Boat, Sports and Travel Show, held February 16-25 at the Indiana State Fairgrounds. Biologists from the Department of Natural Resources staff will be located at DNR headquarters in Tackle Town throughout the Indianapolis vessel to answer questions about fish and wildlife habitat development and management, the possibility of fishing, hunting and catching; and information on invasive and wild aquatic species.
Another important aspect of attending a sports show is the opportunity to learn about new and exciting fishing and hunting spots. What I really appreciate about sports shows is the opportunity to experience new possibilities in the outdoors.
Big is better, which is why the nation’s largest indoor boat show is about to dock this Friday at the Reliant Center. The boat show in Tulsa will last seven days and will attract a large number of visitors.

Organizers say The Tulsa Boat is a Tulsa treasure as a family and local business. It’s the 66th year, and chief executive Jennifer Markle says people are coming from all over the country to be a part of it. Steve Mason said he arrives by boat every year to check on vacationers.

Renfro said it will offer special ebook editions on the 2021 Indianapolis and Cincinnati show schedule to support exhibitors. The show was initially scheduled to run from 2/19-28, 67, and the affiliated events typically join forces to take over nearly all of the buildings at the Indiana State Fairgrounds.
Cancelled is the first time since the 1950s that Indianapolis did not host the Indianapolis Boat at the Indiana State Fairgrounds. In addition to the Indianapolis Boat, Sport & Travel Show, the Indiana Motorcycle & Powersports Expo, and the Indiana Deer, Turkey & Waterfowl Expo have also been cancelled for 2021. Ford Indianapolis Boat 2021 and Indiana Motorcycle & Powersport Expo will arrive at the show. Indiana State Fairgrounds February 18, 2022, and Indiana Deer 2021 comes February 24, 2022.
