Our 60,000 square-foot indoor waterparks with hustling body and cylinder slides, wave and action pools, child’s exercises, wellsprings, hot tubs, and a sluggish waterway for unwinding and drifting endlessly are open all year. Seasonal Outdoor Waterpark

Investigate and appreciate summer fun in Warrens, Wisconsin’s warm daylight at our occasional open-air waterpark. There are two significant waterslides: fun child slides, the frog and mushroom slide, a youngster pool, and a movement area.

Private Cabana Rentals

Do you want to feel safer while visiting our waterpark? Perhaps you need to watch the big game or have a saved region to return to after playing in the water with the children? This is your lucky day at that point! Rent one of our six cabanas, including a flat-screen TV, refrigerator, plush furniture, and an outdoor table.

Birthday Parties

Birthday celebrations at Three Bears Resort are unusual compared to other nearby settings. Pack your bathing suit and goggles because your group will be spending a lot of time in our 60,000 square foot indoor waterpark.

Towels

Visitors are strongly advised to bring their towels. Towels are available in the waterpark on a first-come-first-served basis. We request that the retreat towels remain in the waterpark area.

Waterpark Wristband Special

Wristbands are only available for purchase at the front desk and will be placed on the wrist of every visitor at the time of sale. Wristbands will not be sold for future dates and must be used on the day or purchased at the end of the week. There are no reservations required. Children under 18 should always be accompanied and supervised by an adult. Charges are not included. All waterpark hours and ride accessibility in the waterpark are subject to change. There isn’t much to do when you’re on vacation at the end of the week. Other power outage dates and restrictions may apply. The offer expires on 6/26/22.

Double Queen Room

Double Queen Suite

Upgrade to our Double Queen Suite and unwind with a private two-person sovereign room and living area with couch bed and TV. This room has all of the amenities for those planning an all-inclusive visit. Every Double Queen Suite comes with five (5) waterpark passes.

Family Suite

Enjoy a restful night’s sleep in the main room, one comfortable jumbo bed, a second room with two loft arrangements, and a take-out couch bed lounge. Suites have a wet bar, microwave, small cooler, espresso and tea maker, and a lounge table. Each Family Suite comes with six (6) waterpark passes.

King Whirlpool Suite

Unusual events necessitate extraordinary facilities. Relax in the soothing whirlpool tub with your special someone or sink into the roomy jumbo bed. These one-room suites include a microwave, a smaller-than-expected refrigerator, and an espresso and tea maker. Two (2) waterpark passes are included in each Whirlpool Suite.

Hooded Merganser Villa

On the main floor, the Hooded Merganser Villa has two rooms with one sovereign size bed each and a shared washroom with a tub. The space on the following floor has four twin-sized beds and an additional restroom with a shower. The main floor includes a kitchen, an eating area, and a lounge with a king-size futon. It accommodates up to ten visitors and includes waterpark passes.

Drake Villa

On the first floor of the Drake Villa, two rooms have one sovereign size bed each and a shared washroom with a tub. The space on the following floor has four twin-sized beds and an additional restroom with a shower. The first floor has a kitchen, a dining area, and a living room with a king-sized futon and a chimney. It accommodates up to ten visitors and includes waterpark passes.

Woodduck Villa

The Woodduck Villa has two rooms on the first floor with one king-sized bed and a shared bathroom with a tub. The following and the main floor space includes a kitchen, a dining area, and a living room with a king-size futon. It accommodates up to ten visitors and includes waterpark passes.

Hooded Merganser Walkout Villa

The Hooded Merganser Walkout Villa is three stories tall. The fundamental level includes a lounge with a church roof and a sovereign-size futon, a dining area, a standard kitchen, a full bathroom, and two rooms with one sovereign-size bed each. The room has four twin beds and a bathroom with a shower. The lower walkout level is accessed via stairs off the parlour. The walkout level has two rooms, each with a king-sized bed, a full bathroom, a standard kitchen, a dining area with a king-sized futon. It sleeps up to 16 people and includes waterpark passes.

Foxtail Villa

The Foxtail Villa has two rooms on the first floor, each with one king-size bed and a shared bathroom with a tub. There is also an expert lord suite on the first floor with a private restroom with a whirlpool and shower. The second floor has one more family room with a king-sized futon, two rooms with one twin-sized bed, and a shared bathroom with a shower. It sleeps up to 16 people and includes waterpark passes.

Mallard Villa

The Mallard Villa is made up of two Woodduck Villas. On the main floor of each estate, there are two rooms with one sovereign size bed each and a shared washroom with a tub. The lofts on the following floor each have four twin-sized beds and an additional restroom with a shower. The primary floors also have a kitchen, a dining area, and a living room with a queen-size futon. It can accommodate up to 20 visitors and includes waterpark passes.

Mallard Three Villa

The Mallard Three are three bordering Villas commonly associated – two Woodduck Villas and one Drake Villa. On the main floor, each of the three manors has one sovereign size bed and a shared washroom with a tub. The lofts on the following floor each have four twin-sized beds and an additional restroom with a shower. The main floors also have a kitchen, a dining area, and a family room with a king-size futon. It can accommodate up to 30 visitors and includes waterpark passes.

Mallard Four Villa

The Mallard Four will be four bordering Villas, three of which are Woodduck Villas and Drake Villa. Each of the four manors has two rooms on the main floor with one sovereign-sized bed and a shared restroom with a tub. It can accommodate up to 40 visitors and includes waterpark passes.

Mallard Five Villa

The Mallard Five will be five neighbouring Villas – four Woodduck Villas and one Drake Villa. Each of the five manors has two rooms on the main floor with one sovereign-sized bed and a shared washroom with a tub. The attics on the following floor each have four twin-sized beds, an extra bathroom with a shower and the main floors also have a kitchen, a dining area, and a lounge with a king-size futon. It can accommodate up to 50 visitors and includes waterpark passes.

Arcade
