 Items received after 10 days from the date the RMA was issued are deemed to be returned online on the date Micro Center(r) received the article, and Micro Center(r) may exercise its rights and remedies outlined in terms of Sale. This includes, but is not limited to, the right to refuse delivery of the merchandise and charge the buyer the retail price of the merchandise and handling charges. If the item is received by Micro Center(r) within 10 days of the RMA being issued, the item will be deemed returned online on the date of receipt of the RMA.

Exchange is possible only if the goods are in stock at the place of return. Sale is potential only if the goods are available at the return home. Some items, such as camcorders, digital cameras, etc., have a 15-day return period, while others have a 30-day return period. Best Buy generally offers a 30-day return period with some restrictions depending on your purchased product.
