There isn’t much difference in the performance of these two as one of them has a faster processor and the other has more RAM. Since, it doesn’t support any third-party apps or add-ons, it works smoothly.
The build quality of these watches is surprisingly good. However, 44 have more bezel area than 47, and they are square-cornered and rounded corners, respectively. It feels somewhat premium when you hold it in your hands. Although, the band is silicone, it feels pretty cheap, but that shouldn’t be a problem since it is replaceable.
Both the watches use a magnetic charger on their back. Charging cable does feel pretty cheap and it has to be handled carefully while charging the watches, as sometimes it disconnects automatically, you have to be delicate with the charger.

The app drawer on the 44 displays names with icons, which makes it easier to locate but on 47 its icons only, and after opening the app, the difference is in UI only, but basic functionality is same.
The “Shortcuts” app is a useful feature for people who has another smart home device from Wyze since it helps you to remotely control those devices.
Now you have all the information to select the perfect fir for yourself. In our opinion both watches very similar features but the user interface and hardware are comparatively better in 47 than 44. Overall the watches have a good classy look though sometimes the band might feel a bit cheap but you have the option of buying new ones.
