Kid Rock on Oprah Winfrey Rant: “A Drunk Man’s Words Are a Sober Man’s Thought”

Oprah Winfrey is an American television personality, actress, and businesswoman whose syndicated daily talk programme. The Oprah Winfrey Show, is one of the genre’s most popular. She rose to become one of America’s wealthiest and most powerful women.

Kid Rock, on the other hand, is Robert James Ritchie, an American rapper, composer, and performer. His music mixes rock, hip hop, country, and heavy metal. He is a self-taught musician who plays all of the instruments in his band and produced all of his albums.

What was Oprah Winfrey’s rant all about?

Kid Rock has revealed some details about the outburst against Oprah. He claims that a possible appearance on her previous talk show soured his opinion of the media mogul.

Kid Rock reasons he went on a wild rant against Oprah because ‘her folks’ demanded him explain why he ‘liked her’ before being permitted to appear on her top-rated talk show several years ago.

The musician, captured on tape shouting foul-mouthed comments at the actress last week, turned to Twitter to explain himself.

“Years ago, my crew attempted to convince me to do her show,” Rock tweeted. “Her reps asked me to give five reasons why I liked her and her presentation,” I said. “F—k it and her,” I said.

While on stage at his Big ass honky tonk Rock N’ Roll Steakhouse in Nashville. The rapper was captured on a video lashing out at Oprah Winfrey in a very filthy tone. After launching an obscene rage against Winfrey at his Honky Tonk Bar, the security removed Rock from the stage.

Kid rock was continuously lashing out until someone from the audience described him as “Blackout drunk.”

Rock kept repeating the exact phrases throughout his rage against Winfrey and other female talk show hosts. Until he learned the crowd called him racist while on stage during his performance.

In a recent interview, Kid Rock mentioned he doesn’t apologise for what he said.

Nearly three years later, Kid Rock has stood by his drunken onstage rant against television anchors Oprah Winfrey and Joy Behar.

Kid Rock refuses to back down from his inebriated 2019 outburst, in which he attacked Oprah by name during a concert in Nashville, despite widespread condemnation.

Rock, recently sat down with Tucker Carlson for a lengthy discussion to explore his provocative views. He informed Carlson that he accepts responsibility for his remarks.

“A drunk man’s words are a sober man’s, though”. I’m responsible for what I said, “Rock” said. “I make no apologies to anyone. I’m not a big admirer of Oprah Winfrey. I got intoxicated, and the next thing I know, I’m on stage, screaming, “F*** Oprah.”

Rock also addressed another humiliating mishap that night: he accidentally blasted TV host Kathie Lee Gifford while attempting to bash comic Kathy Griffin for her mock execution of then-President Donald Trump.

I was trying to go after Kathy Griffin for holding Trump’s head up, but I’m so out of it I’m like f- -k Kathie Lee Gifford, the bemused musician explained. A couple of weeks later, when it comes back on TMZ or anything, I’m like, ‘Oh man, I like Kathie Lee Gifford.

Rock then went on to criticise “The View” anchor Joy Behar, yelling, “I’m not a bad man, I’m just an honest guy, stating I don’t like Oprah Winfrey or Joy Behar,” to prove he wasn’t “racist.”

This rage incident isn’t the first time Rock has backed down after making contentious remarks. Last year, the rabble-rouser replied to anger for previous homophobic statements by repeating the same insult that had gotten him into trouble in the first place.

To summarise, Kid Rock is refusing to apologise for his filthy remarks on Oprah. He’s even claiming responsibility for the incident at his concert when he was drunk. The crowd referred to him as “blackout drunk.” Due to his outbursts, he realised he was being labelled a racist and was taken by security.
