Viridian Forest and Energy Spinner, both of them, allow you to scan your deck for elemental Energy, so they’ll be priceless in getting the right Energy into your hand. You’ll need to send Dragonite out as soon as possible to support Moltres, Zapdos, and Articuno-GX. You might then use Dragonite’s Hurricane Charge ability to help connect Water and Lightning Energy to the TAG TEAM trio. After that, all you need is a Fire Energy and another Energy of any kind to start using the trio’s Trinity Burn attack, which deals a significant 210 damage.
Once you’ve loaded up to practice Trinity Burn, you’ll also have plenty of Energy for the trio’s Sky Legends-GX attack. It hits three of your opponent’s Pokémon for 110 damage and then shuffles the TAG TEAM back into your deck, preventing your opponent from achieving a 3-Prize Knock-Out. If you’re playing a Lightning-type deck, you can use Mewtwo and Mew-Perfection GX’s Ability to duplicate Moltres, Zapdos, and Articuno-attacks GX’s and protect the TAG TEAM trio against Lightning-type Pokémon that can do double damage.
